Join our Team - Recruitment Consultant

FinTech Recruitment Solutions are an Aberdeen headquartered recruitment business with over 30 years of experience in the sector and backed by investors who can ensure the business maximises its potential in the future.

We currently have a small team however we have created an opening for a consultant to join us who will specialise in Accounts & Finance Recruitment.

As a recruitment consultant, you will play a key role in finding top talent for our clients in the finance industry. You will use your knowledge and expertise to match the right candidates with the right job opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised, able to prioritise and have the ability to manage a high volume of recruitment projects at once.

The training you will receive will be “job-based” training, this will involve shadowing a member of our existing team and then “buddy” up with them to allow supportive and interactive ongoing mentorship
