FT Recruitment are supporting our client to recruit for a Service Administrator/ Coordinator to join their team on a Permanent basis. This role will be supporting within the companies service department in a busy and ever growing business.
Key responsibilities:
· Dealing with incoming calls from customers regarding questions, queries or enquiries
· Providing support to customers and building long lasting relationships for return business
· Co-ordinating jobs for engineers to undertake in a timely manner
· Working to deadlines and time objectives in line with companies targets and goals
· Supporting various internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers and internal fellow employees
· Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as they arise
Experience and skills required for this role:
· Previous experience in a similar role such as Administration or Customer Service is essential for this position
· Previous experience working in an engineering or equipment department/ industry is highly attractive
· Strong organisation and time management skills
· Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
· A strong team player with a positive and hardworking attitude
